Hello, I'm Lucy! I am passionate about supporting my clients' journeys through mental health and addictions counseling. I believe a collaborative therapeutic relationship between my clients and myself is imperative. Developing a specialized treatment approach with each of my clients allows for trust, growth, and autonomy. My view on the therapeutic relationship is that I work for YOU! We work together to discover what your goals in therapy are and develop your tailored path to reaching those goals through actionable steps! I check in with my clients regularly in session to ensure we are continuing in the direction that is supporting their goals and meeting their needs. I will challenge you, coach you, encourage you to go emotionally deeper, and celebrate right along side you when you succeed.

I specialize in working with First Responders and First Responder partners and spouses, men's mental health, trauma, mood disorders, and addictions. I am part of a First Responder family, my partner being a Firefighter Paramedic, and I understand the emergency responder culture and unique mental health challenges that First Responders and their partners face. My client's find my knowledge of this culture to help immensely in the therapy process.

I am committed to breaking the stigma that has been associated with accessing help for mental health services. I am dedicated to working collaboratively with my clients to allow for healing and re-ownership of their lives.
